You will find that our prices are comparable if not better than most other retailers, that is because our customers come first and we will do whatever we can to match any budget. Orders
All orders are processed through PAYPAL, our secure online billing service. Simply click on the “Add to cart” to add a product to your order and follow the directions to complete your order.

Shipping
In an effort to give you the best price available we will be using the United States Postal Service to do all our shipping. They provide the best rates therefore allowing us to bring the savings to you. The only downside to this is that it will take up to 5-7 days for delivery of your order. If you wish to receive it early or would like insurance, please contact us at sales@myplasticheart.com and we can help you calculate your order. After completing your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. All confirmed orders ship within 48 hours. Below are our standard shipping rates (revised 7/29/04):

International shipping
Our system is currently not accepting international orders but if you reside outside of the United States and wish to place an order then you can contact us at sales@myplasticheart.com and we’ll work together to get you what you need (in most cases it will only require a change in the shipping charges). If an order is placed without contacting us first (which is perfectly fine as well), please note that additional shipping charge adjustments may apply before your order can be shipped - in which case you will be promptly notified.

Return Policy
The majority of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of our products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. Due to these factors, all myplasticheart sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. You may find your product has slight variations. These are expected with any art piece and add to the originality of your figure. We are here to help you and we will do what we can to minimize risk to both you and ourselves. We hope you understand.
