Andrew Bell has creatures living in his head, lots of them, and they just keep multiplying! His 'Creatures in my Head' project has spawned over 1500 original monsters, along with plenty of t-shirts, sculptures, paintings and toys. While born in the UK , he has spent most of his life in the US . He currently lives and works in fragrant Greenpoint, Brooklyn where he heads up Dead Zebra, Inc. His work has been seen in gallery shows across the country and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Juxtapoz, MTV Overground and URB.
Thousands of his ZLIKS vinyl toys have been sold around the world, but only eight of the giant 19 inch versions have ever made it into the wild.. until today! His imagination and inspiration serve as the basis for the Attack of the ZLIKS!
