myplasticheart respects your personal information. When you put in an order or sign up for our newsletter you are automatically added to our mailing list. We do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.
We use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new merchandise or special offers on our website. If you wish not to receive these updates, simply reply to newsletter@myplasticheart.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject or body of your e-mail. You will be removed immediately.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site simply to make online orders possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. Again, myplasticheart does not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information to others.

To place an order simply add items you would like to purchase by clicking "ADD TO CART". When you are ready to complete your purchase click "VIEW CART" to confirm your items. After you have made necessary adjustments and updated quantities as desired, click "CHECKOUT" and follow through the checkout process to complete your order. After completing your order, an email confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you provided on your order form. Confirmed orders usually ship within 48 hours. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a second email confirmation with tracking information.
Sales Tax

. Delivery time is estimated at 2-9 business days nationwide.

Priority Mail Service
. Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 business days nationwide.

Express Mail Service
. Delivery time is guaranteed at 1-2 day(s) nationwide.

. It is the only shipping method that is guaranteed for delivery.
First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International
. Delivery time estimated at 7 to 10 business days. This is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package (which can take up to 30-60 days).

Please note: If you choose to ship your package with First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International there is no tracking available and myplasticheart will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Return Policy

All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. This is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy. Thanks!
Damaged Goods Return Policy

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. You must contact myplasticheart within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting myplasticheart in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to sales@myplasticheart.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
