We do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.

We use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new merchandise or special offers on our website. If you wish not to receive these updates, simply reply to newsletter@myplasticheart.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject or body of your e-mail. You will be removed immediately.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site simply to make online orders possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. Again, myplasticheart does not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information to others.

 

Ordering + Payment

To place an order simply add items you would like to purchase by clicking "ADD TO CART". When you are ready to complete your purchase click "VIEW CART" to confirm your items. After you have made necessary adjustments and updated quantities as desired, click "CHECKOUT" and follow through the checkout process to complete your order. After completing your order, an email confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you provided on your order form.

 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped within New York State.

Confirmed orders usually ship within 24 hours. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States) are shipped either UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail:

USPS Express Mail Service
. Delivery time is guaranteed at 1-2 day(s) nationwide.
. Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
. Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
. Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and tracking information.

. Delivery time estimated at 3 - 5 business days. This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package.

USPS Priority Mail International
. Delivery time estimated at 6 - 10 business days. This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package (which can take up to 30-60 days).

USPS First Class Mail International
. Delivery time varies by country. Please also take into account time taken by customs in your country to clear the package (which can take up to 30-60 days).
. NO TRACKING available.

Please note: If you choose to ship your package with First Class Mail International there is NO TRACKING available and myplasticheart will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

$5.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING is available for domestic orders only and will ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS First Class depending on size and location. If you require a specific shipping method please choose the corresponding option in the drop-down menu instead of using Flat Rate.

*Some items may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping due to various factors such as extreme size/weight, or mark up pricing that does not cover shipping costs. Exhibition pieces from our gallery are excluded as well. If an item does not qualify this will be noted in the item description.

Hold for Later Delivery is available for customers who would like for us to reserve the items purchased and hold onto them until you are ready to have them shipped, at which time we will provide you with a shipping quote.

This options works well for International customers who would like to combine the shipping of several orders into one shipment in order to save on shipping costs.

When you are ready to have your order(s) shipped send us an email at sales@myplasticheart.com to let us know and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Once shipping is paid your order will ship immediately.

In-Store Pickup is available to customers located in the New York City area or for those who are visiting and are able to pick up their orders in person at our shop. You will receive a ready-to-pickup notice via email within 24-48 hours.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Please direct all return inquiries to sales@myplasticheart.com within TEN (10) days of shipping date if exchange or store credit is required. Returns made without contacting myplasticheart first via email will not be honored. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can only be returned if unopened. Blind box items can only be returned if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that are shipped flat rate or free, our actual shipping and handling costs each way are deducted from your store credit.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR GALLERY AND EXHIBIT PIECES. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from the Original Art and Exhibit sections.

 

Damaged Goods Return Policy

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a refund may be issued. Please direct all return inquiries to sales@myplasticheart.com within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date. Returns made without contacting myplasticheart via email will not be honored. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. We will cover return shipping for damaged items.

How does it work?
. Every time you make a purchase at myplasticheart.com you will receive points based on the amount you spend with the exception of gallery/exhibit (from the Exhibit and Original Art sections) and exclusive items.
. You can redeem these points automatically during checkout the next time you spend $50 or more.
. Use your points towards the purchase of almost anything that is available for sale with the exception of gallery/exhibit (from the Exhibit and Original Art sections) and exclusive items.

Rules and regulations:
